Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas is monitoring a patient whose symptoms and recent travel history caused alarm.
Dallas County Health and Human Services Director told CNN affiliate KTVT the patient had been in an area where the Ebola virus exists.
However, they would not say where the patient traveled.
Health officials would not confirm Tuesday whether a patient there has Ebola, but said they are running preliminary tests and the patient is under “strict isolation.”
The hospital says it is “following all Centers for Disease Control and Texas Department of Health recommendations.”
The CDC anticipates preliminary results later today.

We're not going to see an epidemic here the way they have in Africa, at least I doubt it. We have infinitely better hygiene and containment procedures.

Chile. When folks don't want to vaccinate their kids, what makes you think mofos gonna wash their hands and practice good hygiene?
