Right after I updated it said something about there being Carrier Updates and asked if I wanted to install - so I said yes.
Not sure if my issues are related to that or the iOS 8 update, but several of my apps often think I have no network connection which is rather frustrating :-P
Other than that, I haven't noticed other issues with it.

I have a 4s and plan on upgrading to the 5s eventually. I don't want to trade my phone in; I want to keep it for the kids so they will stop stealing my phone to play on. But I also just don't feel like spending the money right now. Afraid to upgrade to ios8, too.
Mostly working for me. Helped my issue where if I accidentally activated Siri I can now make it go away. But now my last used safari window seems to go blank frequently.

I have a 4s and am not planning on moving to ios8. I was thinking of trading for a 5s, but my contract isn't up for another year. By that point, I might be leaning towards something else entirely.

I won't do it. My 4S has been having glitches and problems since March and I've been holding out until now to be able to upgrade. I'm positive that iOS 8 will kill my phone. Our contract just happened to be up on 9/21. I'm waiting for H to get back in town (Thursday! Yay!) before we go and decide. I still haven't 100% decided on if we're moving to the 6 or something non-Apple. @smace, what did you decide on upgrading to? I've been debating between the Samsung Galaxy S5 and the Nokia Lumia 1020.

For now I am going to upgrade to 6 but not until May. Saying that, my friend just got his 6 (from a 4) and I will see how mch he likes it to make my final decision.
