I have been avoiding scholastic because I get addicted and spend too much. I'm planning a big order in November because of Christmas gifts and the books are usually awesome I have a teacher account so I order on my own- local ladies let me know if you want access to "my class" code
Colin's new school doesn't do scholastics. I should ask them about it. It was one of my favorite things as a kid and last year I loved getting them for him. Boo.
There are at least two others. One about rocking in school shoes and another about buttons. L's a fan. Current favorites are: Click Clack Moo and Giggle Giggle Quack. She also likes the Llama Llama books, but I think he sets a poor example. I know, I know. They're children's books and I should lighten up. I like Mo Williams' books (the Pigeon and Knuffle Bunny series).
We just got our September order. I got Madison a Planes 2 pack book, a Bubble Guppies book and a Frozen book. I'm not sure if I'm going to save them for Christmas or until after baby or what.

Our book fair is next week, so I'm waiting until then so B's school can get points. And I'll talk to his teacher and get something for their classroom, too.

Book fair is usually way more expensive than scholastic orders but the school gets money towards the library

The book fair is being run by the PTA, which I'm a part of, so I feel obligated to get something from there.
