Yes. I gave DD a pillow around 10 or 11 months. Most of the April board did sometime between 12-16m I think but some still don't at 2.5yrs. People seem to have a lot of different feelings and concerns with pillows.
Yes. I have my son a baby pillow sometime after 1. He doesn't always use it but he seems to like it. It is much smaller than an adult pillow and fits in the crib.
My older child didn't brunch up her blanket or sleep on a stuffed animal and so I didn't give her a pillow until she moved to a bed after 3.
Would you give your kid a pillow or blanket if they are a very toss-and-turn type of sleeper? She never wakes up, but she is on her back, then her side, then her stomach, then she flips to the other end of the crib, etc. I can't even see how a pillow would be useful for her.
I have this same question. I feel like I should give my son a blanket but he's all over his crib

Dd does not have an actual "pillow" but she sleeps with a huge stuffed turtle that she uses as a pillow along with several stuffed animals. She hugs and cuddles her animals every night. So yes to a plow!

Ds moves around a ton and does fine with a pillow. Sometimes he sleeps on it sometimes he doesn't. He uses a sleepsack though, mostly bc I can't imagine him keeping a blanket on with how much he moves.
We gave DD a pillow shortly after she turned one. She always loved to sleep on the pillows in our bed. We didn't give her a blanket for a while after that because it would not have stayed on her anyways.
