This is normal, yes? Last night and tonight I've woken up a few hours after going to bed. Last night, I knew it was hunger, so I ate and was able to go back to sleep. Tonight, I couldn't decide if I was hungry or needed to throw up. I decided I was hungry, so I ate two cheese sticks. Now DH is at the store getting milk so I can have cereal. This fucking sucks. I hate being hungry.
Also, TMI, I'm apparently very constipated and haven't had a BM in two days, so I'm wondering if this is a contributing factor in some way.

When I was pregnant with DS I always woke up hungry in the MOTN. It was either eat or be sick. Now I'm up with heartburn with baby number two, I'd rather be hungry.
If I woke up at night, I was hungry and had to eat something ( a yogurt or an applesauce would be enough to get me back to sleep). It was worse when I was breastfeeding and would be woken up all night long. I would want a little snack throughout the night
Yes. I try to stuff myself before bed but I still wake up around 3 am to pee and I am starving and can't fall back asleep unless I eat something. I've been having smoothies (the pre-made kind) or a breakfast shake because I'm too tired for much else. It usually does the trick.
when I was breastfeeding, I ate lactation cookies like mad through the night and day. those things saved me since they were filling, quick, and easy to eat one handed.
