The potato soup better be worth it. I just made a mess of my kitchen, cut myself, set off the smoke detector and was almost late picking my kids up from preschool just to make this soup. Okay, so I'm a bit melodramatic today, but its cold and rainy here and I have a cold coming on. Potato soup sounded lovely so I hope it turns out.
One of my favorites is this recipe, but modified to use French dressing and bone-in thighs/drumsticks. Steam/Roast a green veg and call it good.
