I ordered a pair of Jack Rodgers sandals but I hate the color. I thought they were a plain metallic leather but they're calling it "cracked" leather or something? They look like solid glitter. (*) (*) (*) (*) (*) (*) (*) (*)
So I went online to start the return process, and it's free if I pick a gilt credit, or $10 if I want my card credited. Lame.
You should call them. I think they have good customer service. But this from one return experience with my defective Kendra Scott earrings. Though yours may not have defects, you can still call them and say you are not happy with them because item was not as described.
Most flash sites have this same lame policy. Either you have to pay return shipping or restocking fee and not get a full refund or get get full credit to your account. HauteLook does the same. I have returned items for full credit.
I shopped twice at 6pm and both times I had to pay for return shipping and full credit back to my CC. But this makes me not want to shop there anymore. Zappos is better that way since they offer free shipping both ways.
