Fitness, not so great. Eating, eh. Could be better could be a lot worse. I think for me right now as long as I don't gain anything more in the next few weeks while we're transitioning then I call that a success.
I really want to figure out where my pedometer is, I took a break from it for a few months but I'm ready to get back to challenging myself with a goal. I think it might be in my jewelry box which is packed and I'm really trying not to unpack things unless I have to. We'll see.

I'd call that a success too! Staying on track during stressful times is tough.
I have a pedometer in my desk at work. If you'd like me to send it to you, just message me your address or the TTH PO box. I haven't used it since I got a fitbit (which I'm also not using right now).
Last week wasn't great for working out, but it's a new week. One of my trainer friends was teaching me about the Zone diet, so I spent way too much time meal planning yesterday. We will see how it goes this week!
