As per Bob Harper's book Skinny Rules. I'm kind of practicing for when school rolls around.
Today I made: Turkey meatballs (the recipe makes about 25-30 bite-sized meatballs)They are really tasty!
A big pot of brown rice 4 pre-made salads in a bag, with greens, green pepper and cucumbers 4 baked chicken breasts olive oil and lime salad dressing two baked sweet potatoes a dozen hard boiled eggs.
I'm not sure how long it will last. But it was super easy stuff just to make. I could grab a salad bag, a chicken breast and a hardboiled egg and be done with making my lunch or DH's lunch.
Are the turkey meatballs something you froze individually or in a batch?
Everything I made today went in the fridge. We just had some of the meatballs for dinner tonight. I think they will be gone soon! They are really good!
