I just had two tostados with shredded chicken breast, greek yogurt and salsa. Me and H are about to head to the gym then I'll have some protein powder mixed with water after (YUM! lol)
I heated up a combination of leftover chicken apple sausage, butternut squash, and spinach, then drizzled it with olive oil and grated some parmesan over top of it (I love work from home days). It was fantastic.
But I still would have considered trading for pad thai. Mmm mmm.
Funny, one day my husband made dinner and gave me a big pile of peas. I hate peas. I have hated peas for the 9 years he's known me. It was so funny because he was completely surprised.

I had a coke, an apple, two baby bell mozzarella cheeses and pizza pretzel combos. Nothing sounds good right now. I brought homemade potato soup, and the very thought makes me start heaving.
We went out to a new place at lunch that was set-up Chipotle like but it was Middle Eastern food. I had a pita with flafel, cucumbers, and tomatoes. So good!
