I am 15.5 weeks. We went to a museum today and did lots of stairs and walking. I can now barely walk--it's more of a limp/waddle at snail speed. And my whole pelvic/vaginal area feels super sore. I am lying on my couch, and flipping on my side and bringing my right leg on top of my left leg caused major pain. Isn't this really early for this to be happening? I am hoping something's not wrong.

Hope you feel better tomorrow Krystee!
I'm relaxing at home tonight. Right now my H is on the phone with my 6 yo nephew, who won his grappling tournament today (he's been taking mixed martial arts classes for a while). We didn't get to go but watched the videos of it that my sister sent. H is SO crazy when it comes to sports and competing and he's so crazy proud of him, especially because he beat all kids that were older and bigger. Nephew is so excited and proud of the win and is talking H's ear off about it. It's the cutest.
Here's my 87 lb (lol), 6 yr old nephew with all his winner's swag. So proud of him!
I am still sick (or sick again) and I'm miserable. I've had some form of cough/cold/sore throat for the last five weeks, and I thought I was finally getting over it last week, but it came back with a vengeance yesterday. My head is so stuffy and I can barely breathe :/ I woke up coughing and gagging every hour and a half last night. I used the neti pot, have taken two hot showers, used a warm compress on my sinuses, and finally caved and took some Tylenol Cold and used Afrin, since both are approved for pregnancy, but nothing is helping... Sorry if I sound like a whiner, but I hate being sick.
I have done nothing today, except feel sorry for myself, ha. H took my car to get my oil changed, but other than that we have watched college football all day.

That is adorable. Your H sounds like a great uncle
I went to a weightlifting comp today with my CrossFit box. Spent the afternoon with Henry Cavill, who was there assisting his trainer, who was competing. So that was fun. He's a really nice guy, and his girlfriend is freaking stacked. She'd kick anyone's ass I know. (Fortunately she was really nice too!).

I worked today, then H and I went out to dinner at a "new" Mexican restaurant (it was a Mexican place before but new people took over). It was AMAZING. I got crab enchiladas and they had real crab, not the fake stuff, and yummy green sauce. So so good. Definitely a new favorite place! Then we wandered around the mall and got home a bit ago.
Tomorrow we'll probably just do some cleaning and maybe stop at Once Upon a Child and see what they have. I heard they have a sale going on so maybe we can find something good!

Oh and last night we went to the ER with my son. Again. 2nd trip since July. I'm raising a little Evel Kneviel. Couple of stitches in the eyelid and a couple of new toys and he is good as new.
Be warned boy mamas. You are in for a wild ride. I'm just going to ask the ER to reserve a room for him until he's 18.

I'm 10 weeks today and have been feeling good all weekend. I wonder if I'm turning the corner? I was able to teach my kettlebell class this morning with no problem and I had plenty of energy. (Of course this all freaks me out too, hoping that a sudden change in symptoms doesn't mean something is wrong even though I know rationally it's normal).

I'm taking it easy today. We saw The Lion King last night for our anniversary and now I'm feeling exhausted from staying out "late" (ie, midnight!).
I've started making Sundays, my "baby" days... I'm sitting here with Baby Bargains and several tabs open on my browser looking things up and making lists.
I need to do some laundry today, but beyond that, I have no other plans!
I have gift cards to World Market that I got months ago and plan to use them today. I love that store! Also making a Sephora run.
I googled the type of pain I was having yesterday and SPD/pelvic girdle seemed to be a direct match. Hopefully that was just a coincidence because I think that pain lasts all pregnancy. I still hurt today, but I am not immobile like I was, so hopefully I just did too many stairs.

i am getting really excited about decorating the baby room and shopping for him/her now that i feel more confident in the pregnancy sticking. Find out the gender in 3 weeks!

krystee I hope the pain goes away! I get random pains too and it's taken me quite a while to figure out what the pains were. They usually happen in one or two spots when I walk around too much, so I usually just take it easy when I start getting those pains. Oh the joys of pregnancy!
We went to OUAC today and got 10 onesies for $10. Some are really cute! Most are just plain striped ones with no decorations, but one has a bow tie and another says "I'm a big deal". I figure you can never have enough onesies, especially at a young age when they will be changed into a new one like 10 times a day, haha. We also got a little Twins windbreaker. I'm not sure if it will work in the "right" time of year but it's so cute!

Could be:). I felt a lot better somewhere between 10 and 12 weeks. But still have snacks at all time in case you need them:)

Oh yes, I definitely still need to eat often. No doubt about that!
I do not recommend staying out at a party (Halloween shindig for H's work) until past 1am this late in pregnancy. Holy crap- my H is hungover and I feel like I am too. Soo tired.
Battling a cold, but feeling better. Minus the blowing my nose every 3 minutes.
I got 6 shirts in the mail from Old Navy and actually liked them all. One seems like it might be a little small, but it was the cheapest, so I'll just retire it if it doesn't fit in a month.
It's kind of weird, but I feel the baby most when I'm sitting up. Laying down doesn't seem to do much.
I talked to my BIL yesterday and they are giving us tons of baby stuff. They have a little girl but somehow ended up with a ton of boy clothes even. They were team green so someone must have given them some used stuff. Between them and my sister, I think we'll just need a few big things then bottles, diapers, etc.

I've been having little mild pinching pains near my belly button today, when I'm moving around. Pregnancy is such a mindfuck sometimes.
I am anxiety-prone to begin with so every new little pain or feeling I get makes me super paranoid. I'm sure it's just a pregnancy thing and nothing serious, but my goodness, I'm a worrier. I told my H today I seriously don't think my mind can handle being pregnant a second time (I'm pretty set on one and done, he goes back and forth between 1 and 2).

krystee I had a day a few weeks ago where I thought my pelvis was going to seriously split in half it hurt so badly. It faded out over the next day or so and I swear my belly was noticeably bigger after, so I wonder if it was just a lot of growth and stuff moving around?
I'll be 17 weeks on Tuesday and I'm fighting a personal battle with maternity pants. I bought a few and I am starting to get seriously uncomfortable in my existing pants (which have lasted me a nice long time since I lost some weight at the beginning), but the maternity ones feel so loose and weird still. I'm a belt-wearer! I miss the security of my belt, lol.
Other than that I'm just trying to be patient and not pgal crazy as I wait for our a/s on the 4th. I have no reason to believe anything is wrong (and I'm even feeling what I am pretty sure is baby movement occasionally now) but it is taking every ounce of willpower to not go get an elective ultrasound to make sure everything is okay. We just bought a roof, this is not the time to be spending money on curbing my crazy.
Yesterday was a play day, i went biking with my dad, we are quite the pair 1 65yo with 2 bad knees and a 25 week pregnant lady. Today we are starting to put my house back together and it feels great. Dinning room is done except for hanging stuff, the kitchen cabinets all have handles on them and all the lights are up. The living room is still a mess, but once we build the bookshelf it will be almost done. Once we get all the lr/dr/kit stuff out of the babies room we can start putting that together. Now we are watching the Giants loose

I could have written your last 2 paragraphs myself. I basically hate pants right now. I hate this frumpy stage.
Our a/s is on the 6th. I'm losing my mind thinking about how much longer I have to wait. I overthink everything, like I felt bubbles/flutters once then didn't feel anything for a couple days... So in my mind everything went wrong. I have a regular appt on Tuesday, so I'm hoping all goes well with the doppler and can put my mind at ease somewhat.

I think nesting has started. I went to target and bought $150 worth of organizing containers for my bathroom. I then purged 4 trash bags of junk from under the sink and in the cabinets. On the plus side, the bathroom has never been more organized. And clean. Woo.

I love the nesting. My house has never been this clean and organized, and we had 2 entire rooms of junk. Now, less than 5 bins worth. This is a miracle.

What are you up to this weekend?
I have the same exact problem after I work. I'm hoping that mine is just SI joint pain. Although they say that SPD is characterized by waddling, and I definitely waddle already.
