I saw this! The thing that's throwing me is that he's sitting on a Savonarola chair just like Missandei and Danaerys and Hizdar all are. Maybe he's just taking someone else's spot? But who? OMG!!!

If he's actually there I can only assume this is meant to air after the winds of winter is released?

No, I think the show is going to surpass the books this season.

I can't see how Martin would allow that? Wouldn't that be unprecedented in, like, all of literary history?"
SPOILER: This was the part I was most excited for in the next book. I don't want to see HBO's version first.
I don't really think he has any recourse if it happens. I mean, I hate when people act like they're entitled to TWoW, but really-- write the damn book, George!
But honestly, the day those photos were taken, there were high winds that knocked over the green screen. This could just be everyone waiting around for it to be fixed.
I thought GRRM already ok'ed the show getting ahead of the books. Which, frankly, makes me sad. I feel like all of the really important moments have made a bigger impact when you've read them as opposed to seeing them on the screen. There's a chance that's because by the time they happen in the show I know they're coming.
I wouldn't be surprised if Tyrion and Dany end up working together by the end of this season.
I watched Season one before reading the books, and it does feel like some of the shocking scenes didn't have quite the effect I think they would have if I had read the book first.
The books are just so detailed. There's all this back story and side story, and all sorts of smaller stories going on within it that the show doesn't even touch on.
If there isn't a set release date for TWOW, I will probably be watching the show anyway. I would be willing to postpone watching if I knew the book was coming out later that year though. I'm sad to see the show surpass the books.
But I do think we'll be seeing Bran and Tyrion in A Dance with Dragons this season, and definitely past that for Bran, unless they strictly do flash backs with him.

I mean, they're not going to get much into TWoW material in S5-- Daznaks Pit is episode 9-10 material. Just some shifting. But the book needs to come out before S6, or we are all unsullied.
And on the contrary- I would never have hung with the books without having faces to associate with all. those. names. Haha

True, Daenerys's story should generally be fine through most of next season, and I think they can drag out Tyrion's for a little while. Especially when he meets up with Jorah. Though Bran is right where the last book left off. If not slightly further already ( :( Jojen! )
Though I'm hoping Bran won't be going far in the show, and that through him we'll get all that back story they don't really talk about, or just barely mention. So maybe they can drag him out for a while with just that - then again, maybe that's what happens in the next book anyway...

Oh yeah, and I really liked having faces and names to match them up. Watching the show was confusing without the books. Every scruffy guy looked like the next scruffy guy for the most part. I think throughout season one I got Jon, Robb, and Theon confused often. I think mostly Theon - I thought he was someone else the whole time. And I think the books would have been confusing without adding faces and personalities to some people.
They've already confirmed lots of flashbacks. I think they're going to beef up the season with more Cersei childhood stories and some from Bran.
Meereen can also drag out for a while between the Sons of the Harpy and all of the other stuff Dany deals with before Tyrion comes on scene... then there's Tyrion getting there, about 3 different story lines out of Drone and a bit more at the wall.
What I'm trying to say is, I don't expect to get past ADwD until midway through the next season if they cover everything.
Oooh, can't wait for some Cersei craziness! They've kept these Lannisters pretty tame, other than Joffrey. I was surpised at the end of last season, how nobody seemed to hate each other. Even Tyrion vs Tywin didn't feel like it had much fuel. I'm ready to see these Lannisters lose it a bit.
