I really resent the whole "OMG people care more about little girls cursing than about women being raped!!!" Like it isn't possible to care deeply about this issue but also think it's inappropriate and off-putting to have little girls talking like sailors?
I'm here. Of course, I also think it's inappropriate for little boys to talk like sailors.
I would love to hear what these little girls think rape is, because they're so informative about the subject. Maybe someone should inform them that women and girls aren't the only ones who are victims of sexual assault.
Well this could be seen as the war on little girls to put them into this situation all in the name of making money (selling t-shirts)
I find it offensive.
Or is this political as one person I know thought? (setting the stage to ask Hillary about this ad - so she could have another opportunity to talk about inequality for women etc) -- I doubt this is the case and more like stupidity on display.

I get what they were going for...but it ended up being shock value in order to sell some shirts. I'm not a pearl clutcher but that ad offended me and I have no desire to give them my money.

There. That's what I feel. Since I watched it yesterday I have tried really hard to put my feelings on it into words. This is what I feel.
