I've used tiny prints and had a good experience--they arrived when they were supposed to and looked just like online. I feel like there's constantly new promotions on their website for free this or that or a big discount so make sure to look around and get one.
Tinyprints used to have a promo for Costco members - not sure if they still do.
I've noticed that some of the other sites that show up on groupon or living social (zazzle, photo affections, etc) have some of the same cards tinyprints does.

I loved tiny prints before they got bought out. I wasn't as pleased with the cards I got after they were purchased, but it could be that the purchase expanded their line of cards and I ordered the wrong ones. The quality was fine, but the ones before the purchase had a really nice paper, kind of bumpy and matte.

FWIW I bought the foil cards last year at minted and they were beautiful. I was really happy. I paid almost $200 for them. I'm taking a risk and trying the zazzle ones this year. They don't have nearly the options, but for $45, it's worth a shot.

I use tiny prints every year. Last year I ordered half of them foil printed and they looked awesome.. but much more pricey than the regular. But i also order a ton of cards
I also used sometimesrunner's link; it said I'd get the $6.99 back as a refund. Hope it went through correctly, because the confirmation email mentions nothing.
I will never order from tiny prints again. Last year I received somebody else's cards. They obviously wouldn't fess up to mailing mine to someone else's address. They never offered me anything. This was a second batch of cards and all they had to do was reprint.
