DS keeps throwing toys out of the bathtub. It's getting on my nerves because he's 4 and too old for this and it makes a mess.
Last night DH took all the bath toys away. That's not fair to DD (15 months) though. Do I have to suck it up and bathe them separately (DH is only home at bathtime on weekends) or is there another solution here?

When either kid does it they get a warning and then get out. I know DS doesn't get it but I try to be consistent with this. Some days one kid gets a 2 min bath and that's ok.

Ugh. It's so much easier to get them in and out at the same time!
Really? I try to take DD out first. That way I can lotion her and then while she gets dressed I get DS out. They brush their teeth together. If I take them out together I always have one wet naked child running around the house. If DS gets out first he tried to jump back in.

Yup this. I feel like it's so much harder to get them out at the same time. Also he is 4. Help him out, wrap him in a towel and tell him to go sit down or get dressed while you finish bathing DD.
I'm always on my own at bathtime. If DS1 needs to get out first, I wrap him in a towel and send him to get dressed. If DS2 needs to get out first, DS1 is fine to stay in the bath on his own while I get DS2 dressed.
I'm with beantrees. If he has to get out for poor behavior, he can wrap up in a towel and sit next to you until dd is done. Should get the point across pretty quickly.
Team throw stuff you get out. Do you dress them in the bathroom? That's what we do (well really, my H because I'm lazy like that) one gets out and lotioned/dressed while the other stays in. If G is being a punk he gets out first.
They share a room so they get out at the same time and DS dresses himself while I dress DD. It's always been the easiest way to do it but I'll have to give it a try doing it separate.

I bet having to get out and dressed in the bathroom while his sister gets to keep playing will be a good deterant. I would bring his jammies in si I could ominously glance at them when he starts to get rowdy.
