I've been doing 6 - sometimes 7 - days/week. 3 days of Zumba each week. 3 days of weights/strength. Then sometimes I do yoga on the rest day. I feel weird if I don't work out.

Typically 5-6 days/week, 6-7 workouts though. There are at least 2 days I'll teach more than one class daily, and then usually throw a few runs in there.
At around 7 months I dropped down to teaching 3 classes/week and doing long walks the other days. Can't wait to get back into the full swing of things again!
