I have some black Editor pants from Express (that I wear pretty much every day to the office), but my tops are very limited. Would a cami with a cardigan over it suffice? Would a long sleeve button down be more appropriate?
I think either would be fine. I don't know how VS is but I work in retail and 99% of the time we are so in need of help you could show up in cut-off shorts and a Hooters tank top and you would get hired.

Ha! This is pretty much what I interviewed in for my first ever job, which was a retail job. In my defense, I came in the store to shop and my mom's friend blindsided me with an interview with one of the managers.
Thanks for all the input ladies. I think I'll go with one of my button downs, since it's a bit less casual.
