I am staying in a hotel in my grad school city for the next 2 nights that is 3.5 hours away from my home. Tomorrow I have a comprehensive exam, followed by another on Thursday, and my defense is scheduled for 2:30pm on Thursday. I sent out the final email a week ago to my committee members that basically said, "Hey, here are the new dates and times. Let me know if these don't work for you." Originally we had discussed Nov. 3 & 4, but one of the committee members had a meeting pop up on the 4th that she couldn't get out of, thus the new email was sent on October 23 with the new dates.
On top of being absolutely terrified of my exam tomorrow, one of my committee members just emailed 4 hours ago (while I was on my drive here): "I thought Glitzy's defense was in November?" She initially told me that she was free on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 2, so when she didn't respond to the email with the new dates I took it as a good sign.
Guys, I read the email I sent over and over when I sent it and now today I have tripled checked the original email. She was a recipient on it and it clearly reads when the new dates and times are. I sent it on October 23.
I emailed her saying, "Oh, the November discussion was in the original conversation. I emailed you the new dates and times in a separate email. Let me forward you that email." I forwarded it to her. Anything else I should do?
I am so nervous that I having hot flashes. Also, my sciatic nerve is being an absolute hellion. I went to the store and bought a heat wrap thing for it. I'm about to have a serious cry to release some of this built up tension/anxiety/stress/fear.
She dropped the ball on this one by not responding earlier if she felt the scheduling wasn't clear. Try to relax, I know easier said than done. Good Luck!

I sent an apology email, even though I didn't do anything wrong. I can't have a committee member pissed at me. She holds my future in her hands. Hopefully the admin secretary will say something tomorrow about it.

The committee member wrote that she had to completely redo her schedule and juggle things around to accommodate me, thus my apology email. She seems not pleased with me, even though I really don't think I did anything wrong here.
