What is your go to fall work jacket?

When I leave my house in the mornings, it is around 45-50* (brrrrrr). I usually work out in the morning so I wear my gym clothes out the door and then shower and change at the gym post-workout. 

I am looking for a nicer work jacket to wear with work clothes (business casual) that will keep me warm in the morning temps for fall.

What do you wear?

This is cute! What color do you have? I love the gray but wonder if navy would be better suited for work

I have the Grey. It's cute but I wish they had the navy on store. I would have gone with that.

I have a short trench coat I got from Target a few years ago. Its enough to keep me warm for my limited time outside in the morning. I get into my car in a garage and have a short walk through the parking lot at work or sometimes to/from daycare drop off.

busybodyk- I also have a trench but I have a bit of walking to do to go from car--> work. Unfortunately, not warm enough for me.

@ffbride0813- Thanks for your rec! DH went out to J Crew tonight to pick up the gray for me. I love it.
