It's a house based on a shipping container; I've added a couple additions (earthbag and concrete pipes). Maybe I can get some sleep tonight (<--not likely).

I'd rather chew my own arm off than make another model btw. Seriously. I HATED it in school. I was known for my covert use of scotch tape because holding stuff until glue dries is so lame! After our crits, we used to take them to the roof and throw them off.
I used straight pins in the ends to hold everything together, and I left them in.
The project is a house for orphans in Swaziland. It has to house 9 people and a baby, but, luckily, we were given the go ahead to add additions. So, I added a an earthbag addition that opens up off the shipping container doors, and then I added concrete drain pipes off the main communal living area which house two beds each. It's very different from my first prototype which used twin murphy beds in order to try to minimize the additions, but I like how it turned out.
