1. Repeatedly rehashing private info that a poster has made it clear she does not want out there is a form of trolling. Should this type of behavior continue, I have no problem banning trolls.
2. I wish the board would get in the habit of not engaging with trolls.

Damn it, people, I just got back from the gym and wanted to see if there had been any update or especially good advice in that thread. This is why we can't have nice things.

Yes, me too! Stupid work got in my way of keeping up.
Lol. But when AAM2012 posted my employer and I wanted it removed it was a big hassle.
Look, I'm not bliss's biggest fan, but if this is true then that's fucked up. Putting someone's employer out there is a lot more trollish than repeating a story that someone told about themselves, regardless of how stupid the story makes the poster look.

When Bliss asked for the information to be deleted, I pointed out that that info was still available posted in another thread, by her, and that I found it a little rich to ask board mods to do a better job protecting your personal info than you do yourself. But I still deleted it.

The difference is that she (rikki) is well liked and I am not. It seems to be a hobby of AAM2012 to Internet stalk me and put screenshots of my Twitter account. Noone bats an eye. But I mention "drugs with a stranger" and the whole thread is deleted. It is a double standard what is considered "trolling" when it comes to me.
This is the internet, people know how it works, if you don't want something out there, you shouldn't put it out there. Make an ae for it. It's kind of unreasonable to expect it to never be brought up again. Shit gets rehashed all.the.time.
But it's rikki. We can't harass a mm favorite.
We can certainly rehash comments I made 6 years ago.

No. I never said they were an employer. That was all you sweet cheeks.

If I remember correctly (and I think I do?), aam2012 was repeating the name of an employer that bliss mentioned many, many times.
ETA: bliss has also shared her blog name and twitter handle and such on here, which makes it very easy for any of us to know her real name and such (being that she lists her full name on twitter, for example) which makes it very easy for people to know all about her employment history.

Nope. I mentioned once in 2012 that I was VOLUNTEERING and again in the summer of 2013. I may have mentioned who I met at a specific event. But I have NEVER shared my EMPLOYER here.
That's been discovered because ya'll get such a hard on checking out my social profiles. Ya'll troll me way more than I have ever trolled anyone here. I've definitely been a bitch, I'll admit that all day erryday.

That doesn't matter, it's still a double standard. Anything posted by anyone could still be floating around out there. You shouldn't be able to threaten someone with banning for doing something that when it was done to her got a different reaction. I'm betting AAM wasn't threatened with banning for repeating that personal information. That's no way to be a fair mod.
I'm pretty sure that if any of the other MM faves had posted what bliss posted about rikki, they would have gotten a "Please delete that please" post or message, and that would have been the end of it.

That's all Bliss got too. Several people asked her to delete it, myself included. Then OP requested the thread deleted, which solved the issue.

Sure, because when you're generally a nice person and supportive member of the forum you're given more leeway. Such is life. Conversely, when you act like an obnoxious child the majority of the time...well, you reap what you sow.
Or when you make poor life choices that affect others you reap what you sow.
People are upset that I called her out of her actions. At least when I make mistakes the only person it affects is me.
If people would have said "bliss please remove what you said," instead of "be a decent human being", I would have. Saying what I said didn't have any details about the event that was talked about on multiple boards and had nothing to do with me being a "decent human being."
I can't even with you. Either you're THAT dumb, or you enjoy being a heinous bitch. Either way, I give up.
A heinous bitch because I shared my opinion. Ya Okay, totally qualifies.
Lol. Do you think I care if you "can't even" with me? Does it affect my life in anyway? Nope, nada, zilch.
It's a total double standard because I'm hated and she's loved. Not sure how that translates into my being a heinous bitch. A heinous bitch would be bringing it up over and over, chasing her across gbcn. Or maybe posting screenshots of her social media profiles.

You're delusional.
cajunmom FYI I immediately deleted the info after I posted and apologized for the error. When all your social media accounts are under the same name it's pretty easy to figure out. but again u deleted and apologized, nothing I did would deserve being banned or this "double standard" bullshit that bliss speaks of.

You're delusional.
And you're my favorite troll. :-) I only wish my life was as exciting as yours to have the time and energy to screenshot my tweets. Definitely helps my klout score so thanks for that.
AAM2012 except when it came to checking if I was out of town when I said I was during ss-gate.

I missed the OP drama but it does seem like a double standard. And the story in question is all over ML do those people get banned? Or do they talk about it in secretive enough terms that it doesn't matter?
Oh I know that noone is ever on my side. Don't trip.
There are are always some folks here rooting for you Bliss. If you don't know that then you are tripping.
Oh I know there are people who care and are rooting for me. :-) I mean my side of particular opinions.
I know that I have support here. It's been shown over and over again. I'm always grateful for the select few who are on my side throughout. Not just this specific topic.

Nope. I'm the only one threatened with banning.
And all I said was "drugs with strangers would be a deal-breaker". ML is much more explicit and no banning threats over there.
Bliss, I think you know I like you. I always have. You get a lot of flack here, some of it is deserved, some isn't. But sometimes I don't like how you behave. It was pretty clear in that post that the OP didn't want that part repeated, and courtesy says that you should have respected that. You could have gotten your point across without actually saying what happened, like all the rest of us managed to do. You were asked to delete what you said, and you ignored those requests and continued to name what happened. You were also somewhat cruel about pointing out what the OP obviously knows was a mistake. And said something about her NOT being a decent human being (I don't know if that's a quote, it was something along those lines).
Do I think you should be banned? Probably not, for the reasons you and others have mentioned, specifically that the OP did originally put that info out there and that's the internet. But just because you "can" do something doesn't mean you should.
