Tonight is the costume pub run with the LRS (the one I am scared I am going to get laughed out of). According to the email its a 3 mile loop and then some refreshments at the store (jello shots were mentioned!) and then heading to the bar down the street. As of right now I am planning on going to the bar for a drink so I am wondering if I should bring a change of clothes. I've never done a pub run before. I have a fleece jacket that I will have for after the run which I could just throw on.
I often do a community/pub run, and don't change, but do bring along a light jacket to go over my running tank, because I get cold. Everybody else is in their sweaty clothes too. The costume part is a wrinkle, though! My running group is doing a party tonight, but our "run" is really short, so we'll be in costume.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.

I should add my costume is nothing more than an under armour wonder woman tech shirt, compression capris and a visor that I made into the wonder woman crown. I have a tutu, but I'm not sure if it will match so I think I am just going to skip it.

Honestly -- I'd just wear the same thing after the run, everyone else will be sweaty too. And I agree with Mushe -- bring a jacket, you'll get cold when the sweat cools!

I'd just bring a jacket. A lot of the people in my running group stick around and go to the bar after our weekly run, they just go in their running clothes.
