I think grandmas have to have an internal temp of 165 to be safe to eat!
turns out its a kind of pizza DH had in New York and asks me to make all the time now. I had never heard of it before his trip. Oddly enough it's on the cover of the October issue of Bon apetit. It's actually really good, and no grandmas are harmed in the making of the pizza.

Hmm, wow and here I thought you just made a typo. I stand corrected! I'd imagine it would be a tough meat though.
