I am dying that my little guy is thisclose to losing his first tooth. Any cute Pinterest-y ideas? I have glitter hair spray for his dollar bills! Anything else cute?
Warning- if you do it for 1 tooth, you have to do it for all of them! Think about it, he could lose a tooth anywhere and the tooth fairy has to be prepared!
I just kept it simple for the tooth fairy. Although, we do have a birthday fairy that comes on the night of their birthday.

The tooth fairy left a note for the first tooth reinforcing brushing, lol. (she had a problem!). I did make it cutesy. And 2 gold dollars for the first tooth.

I do the glitter money.
The first one I left "fairy dust" on his windowsill where she would have came in. My very type A child woke up and saw the mess that fairy made and wiped it clean with his hand before I even woke up and then ratted out that messy fairy. I think there is still glitter in the carpet.
My mom maid "tooth fairy pillows" for my son and most of my friends kids. They have their name on them with a little pocket for their tooth to go in when they put it under their pillow. We just take a $1 bill and tuck it into the little pocket. That is the extent of it for us.

They have tooth fairy pillows. I started out with origami stuff made from dollar bills. Yeah that gets hard to keep up. I then went to the bank and invested in a whole bunch of coins and dollars that they won't find every day and choose from there on TF nights.
The dentist gave us a tiny treasure chest for his tooth. He put it under his pillow. I swapped it for $10 once asleep. 2nd fell out out school. They sent it home in a cute tooth box necklace. Swapped it out overnight. No glitter. I'm also a grinch.

I got her a cute little tooth pillow w/ her name embroidered on it (etsy find), and the tooth fairy brings gold dollar coins. $1 per tooth.
One time the tooth fairy left glitter ALL over her bedside stand, but that's because N built her a lego fairy house, so she had a place to rest for a while, and just shed a bunch of glitter in the process.
I do the glitter spray on the money too. I always have her put the tooth in a baggie and then slip it into the pocket of her little tooth pillow. She puts the pillow on the nightstand, which makes it really easy to retrieve while she's asleep.
