I'm so sorry. I'll keep your family in my thoughts. I have a half sister we haven't seen in ten years due to drugs and an abusive husband and I worry for the day I hear the same thing. Please take care of yourself.
I'm very sorry. This is a lot for anyone to handle, and the mixed feelings you all have now are absolutely understandable. Please take good care of yourself.
I am so sorry for yor loss, and I hope your family can find peace in this very difficult situation. Please don't ever feel bad about posting here if you find it helps.

I'm lurking from MMM, but I wanted to say how sorry I am. My brother died earlier this year after years of struggles with drugs and drama and I understand how complicated the feelings are. Lots of hugs and prayers for you and your family. So sorry.

I'm so sorry for your loss and the tough decisions about care for your nephew that will have to take place around this. I wish I had more advice, but only know that with a sister who was a drug user that feelings are so mixed and it's so hard to understand those complicated feelings. Hugs.

I'm so very sorry. You feel whatever you need to feel. My sil is bipolar and has bpd. She has attempted her life many times. And in the past there were times my husband was regretful that she wasn't successful. I get it. Hugs.

Oh Becky. What a complicated and sad situation. I'm sorry for your loss, and wish you and your family hope and optimism as they work through all the arrangements.
