H and I were picking out and eating our favorite candy from T's bag and she walked in the living room. She said, "Are you guys eating my candy?!" LOLOL
We have a ton left over that we didn't pass out but I still feel guilty.
We don't even pretend we're not eating the candy. I always tell Abby, "Daddy worked for the money, I made it, you trick or treated for it. It's everyone's candy."
Of course, we don't tell her how much of it we eat compared to how much we let her eat.
I do it right in front of DS. He's 2.5, he doesn't need all of that candy. My grandfather looked through DS's bag for candy and took his full size Reese's PB Cup!
My DD saw a PB Cup wrapper on the table next to my seat. Even though she collected her body weigh in Halloween candy, she had to know where I got this single piece of chocolate from - real detective work.

"I was thinking about getting off on demand, but it sounds like I should be glad that I didn't"
My kids have so much fucking candy. I didn't even feel like we TOT for long.
I am going to have to start tossing some after I eat my share of course. :-) I can not have the "can I have candy" argument for the next 6 months. We just got through candy from a parade a month ago and it was so annoying to have the power struggle constantly. And I am breezy about candy!
