My H is in such a bad mood and keeps whining because he's soooooo tired. When A woke up at 530 I asked my H to take him downstairs and give him his medicine and wake me up at 6 to nurse him. He needs his medicine 30 minutes before his first feed. He grunted and dragged his feet but did it and right when he was about to go back to bed when I took over X woke up. So now he's in a bad mood and complaining because he's so tired. Cry me a fucking river DH and suck it up. At least he slept ALL night. I know he's tired and he's allowed to be but stop acting like a pouty 2 year old about it.
Oh yeah mine is all "I know you were up more but I still woke up each time he did..." Etc. dude you were snoring all night while I wasn't so SHUT IT. and we got in put Matilda for her nap and I tried to lie with William for a nap and he just kept screaming so I gave up. So now I'm not napping but of course my husband is.
i could wake him and hand him William and go nap but then I'm listening to him bitch about how tired he is for the rest of the day and I probably wouldn't be able to sleep anyway.
I always like to shop super early for my elf. But now with the "opening date" post i feel like i should hold out and not ship super early waiting for them to open it

I dislike men, including my son, today.
Ohhh this made me see red. Yes honey, you may have woken up, but did you get out of bed, disrobe, put a crying infant to your chest for 15 minutes, rock said infant, change said infant, soothe infant, pee, and then head back to bed only to repeat the process again a short time later? No?
A was hysterical toting. He loved it. He was a little shy about saying trick or treat so he kept pointing from people's bowls of candy into his pumpkin lol.

So target doesn't resell returned food items. Ever. At all. So with all the unopened bags of candy being returned all the employees get it. Holy shit that's a lot of candy...
Anyone else finding those foil candy bar wrappers all over their house? We all seem to just be grabbing candy out of the bowl and leaving the wrapper wherever, lol
My mom didn't bring Owen back until after 2. He was napping by 2:30 and slept until 5. Violet and I watched lots of Suits today. Hopefully H will be heading home soon!

Up here they have signs posted saying they will not accept returns on any Halloween items after oct 31st (which makes sense to me). Do they not do that there?

Unopened candy is the only thing they will let you return. Unless you bitch and moan enough. Then they will let you return just about anything. Ugh.

That's stupid and so wasteful.
Yup. But like I said this is an everyday occurrence. Say your hubby bought the wrong kind of soup, and you send him back the exchange, we throw out whatever is returned. Any food returned to target, including pet food and baby food is thrown out. Point blank. I hate it.

I get where they're coming from but there must be a better option. What a waste.
I don't think I've ever returned food unless I got home and it was already expired or something and even then is probably be too lazy.

That IS a waste. Can't they donate it to a food bank or a shelter or something?
3rd dance class and Mia is still completely uninterested in participating. I'm sad.
Don't be sad. She's still so young! A lot of my friends tried dance/ballet with their (girl) toddlers and it seemed like a 50% success rate to me. Now the kids are older (5) they are totally into it. 2 is so young!!
I think Oliver said his first word tonight??? He says mama and dada but I don't know that it's with intention. At his well check last week the pedi asked if he had any words yet and I thought it was too soon but tonight we were joking around saying we were going to leave Oliver with the in laws to see what Colin would do and we were all saying "say bye!!" And Oliver very loudly in front of everyone goes "BYE" Ahhhhh!
@therealmc my DS2 side-eyes everyone during music/singing time at Montessori, and playgroup too. They have 1-way glass so I spy on him. But then he comes home and busts out in song with all the actions too. wtf?
I saw Gone Girl last night. Not sure why, but I think Ben Affleck is still pretty hot for, what, 40s? Damn, those shoulders! I'd bang him.

Natalie was talking about nipples at bath time, and kept asking if basically everyone we know has them. I don't want to think about all of these people's nipples!
She asked if Minnie Mouse had them, and I really couldn't give a solid answer. Maybe?

hmmm technically she'd have 10 of them. Now that's a weird mental picture to have.
