If you shop online it's worth it. All you do is go through their site to get to a store's website and they give you a percentage back when you make a purchase. Right now I have $71 pending. They send out checks every few months with your cash back.
I have around 118 dollars pending right now from ebates. I have a shortcut up in the link bar on my mac and try to remember to click thru there. It just takes you to the regular store site and anything saved in your bag is still there, you just click through the site.
Bloomingdales had 10% back last week so I bought the boots I have been wanting and I bought most of the Nordstrom loot thru ebates with 5% back. Sometimes stores will have double cash back. It is all really easy. The hardest part is to remember to click through ebates to buy something.

It's totally worth it...and if you live in the middle of nowhere like me and don't have access to good shopping, you'll earn a lot. What are you waiting for!
I have an ebates toolbar where it automatically detects if I am on a site that offers cash back. I'm not sure if the toolbar is offered to everyone yet (I think I was selected as part of a test group)
Also, Lucky Magazine offers a similar set up if you are a Lucky subscriber. I usually check between the two sites and shop through whoever offers the highest % back. Lucky has some stores that Ebates does not (for example Lucky has Anthropolgie and always offers 5% at Piperlime v. 2% at Ebates - unless they are running a special promo) but Ebates tends to have more non S&B stores (like Travelocity or other vacation booking sites)

Never knew this and I am a Lucky Subscriber! Will have to check it out - do you have a link?

My mother in law got me on it and I love it. I agree with the PP who said they put everything in their cart, then go back to Ebates to click through before checking out. They're also good about crediting your account when you notice you didn't get confirmation (this happens with me and Gap a lot).

Thanks Billys! We're in the process of moving, but I'll have to check when I get my next magazine. I shop at Piperlime a ton and always want more than the 2% ebates usually has.

I just started using it and have nearly $75! My problem is remembering to click through ebates!! I actually cancelled a Nordstrom order and reordered through ebates just to get the 5%.
I am sure nobody needs a ref link... but if you do, I'd love it if you would use mine
I get about $50-$100 every 3mos from shopping through Ebates. Like tonight, I needed some lightbulbs, wiper blades and air filters for my car so I ordered through Autozone via Ebates. I got free shipping and will get about $8 back on the purchase, which I wouldn't have gotten if I went to the store (and they never have what I need when I go anyway and it's a wasted trip).
