DD will be 2 in 6 weeks and she's still in a crib and I'll keep her in there as long as possible! I have her in a Halo sleep sack so she can't swing her leg up over the rail, hopefully that'll keep her in the crib till she's 3, at least.

DS switched to a toddler bed a few months after 2, primarily so DD could have the crib.
DD is still in the crib at 2.5. She has made no attempts to climb out, and I want to keep her there as long as possible. She's already a reluctant napper, and I'm afraid she'd give them up completely if we switched. DS's napping was never the same after we switched.
We will be moving DD to a full bed shortly, but probably not until Jan, so around 23-24 months. The new baby will be needing the crib, and we dont want to buy a new one.
DS is almost 2.5 and still in his crib. We'll likely transition to a toddler bed soon? But he's never attempted to climb out. He does want to climb in a lot so I figured a toddler bed would be good for him. He'll stay in the toddler until I need his crib before baby #2 comes (which we will probably ttc next summer) so we have a while.
A was in a crib until she was almost 3. M was in a toddler bed at 18 months because try as I might he wouldn't stay in his crib. I see no point in switching if they are happy. Team crib for as long as it is possible.
He's still in a crib but we are making the transition to a twin bed over Thanksgiving weekend (so, he'll be 2y2m), mostly because we need the crib for #2. Otherwise I wouldn't rush it.
Mattress (full size) on the floor. She's ready (meaning wouldn't roll off constantly) for the bed frame but we haven't felt like buying it yet. We converted her crib to a toddler bed before she turned 2 b/c climber. But the toddler bed was nothing but a trampoline to her.
