I'm not liking my new work schedule at all. One of my biggest things is after 8pm I usually do not eat but now I need to. When I get home around 1:30 am I found myself starving. DH gets home at the same time from work and he made some pasta for us but eating pasta that late is something I really don't want to do. DH has been working second shift forever so his body is used to it where mine is all confused.
I am really starting to buckle down on my diet. I am not comfortable in my own skin anymore and that really bothers me.
Do you have any ideas of something that is a healthier option to eat that late?
