Taking all 3 kids to the grocery store is my personal version of hell but, yes, they've all been shopping with me at various times. I mostly shop while the older two are in school so that I only have to take the baby with me.
Yes. I solo parent a lot on weeknights during to DH's school schedule. So I take the boys after work during the week so we can have more family time on the weekends.
Every week. I generally try to go when DD is at preschool so I'm at least down a kid. I was wearing the baby in the ergo and then putting Ds1 in the cart but he's doing better just walking beside me and then I put the baby in the cart He runs around a bit but I go shopping bright and early with the elderly and they tend to find it endearing. At least that's what I tell myself.
I try to arrange to go when ds1 is in school or for DH to go on the weekend but I've gone a bunch with both. Ds1 sits in the seat on the cart and I wear ds2. Or if it's a small trip, ds2 sits in the seat and ds1 sits in the basket. Not the best but it'll have to do.

I take her every once in a while. She's really good in the cart. She gets a free piece of cheese from the deli ladies. Everyone talks to her. It's fine.
No, not grocery shopping. She might go if I only need to grab one or two things but I normally shop on the nights DH puts her to bed or while she's at mdo/preschool.
ETA: I used to take her but it's very hit or miss these days. Either she happily sits in the seat or is a holy terror. There is no in between and no predicting it.

DD is at the grocery store with DH right now. She loves it. She often asks to go on the way home for work/daycare. I will not say she goes every time, but she does go. DS has been a few times as well. I don't think I have ever taken both of them on my own though.
They go to the farmer's market with us every week. When they were younger they went grocery shopping with me, because I stay at home and usually go during the day. Now I try to go on Tuesday after tutoring, but before I pick M up.
I take J, but I take him in the stroller, and just use a shopping basket. And I go to the store about 4x a week, lol
Ditto to all of this regarding DS, down to the 4x/week. I usually go while DD is in school, though. The last time she shopped regularly with me was when she was in pre-school.
DD has only ever sat in the front part of a shopping cart maybe 5 times in her whole life, and those were all while visiting my parents or ILs.
He goes with me every Sunday morning. Some weeks are great, others-not so much. He sits in the seat of the cart, on very short trips to get one or two things I let him walk. Letting him sit in the basket portion of the cart is a recipe for disaster.
As a baby? Sure, didn't think twice about it. Now, at 5, almost 6. I avoid it at all costs. He always wants SOMETHING and I've had too many tantrums that it's just not worth it to me to take him. If that means to running to the store for a couple things real quick on my way home from work vs a REAL shopping trip, then so be it.
Rarely will DS go to the store with me and hardly to the grocery. I do have to take him with me tomorrow but that's because DH is oot. I hate grocery shopping so taking someone else really kicks that up a notch. Plus loading/unloading takes a million times longer.

Yes, always have. He loves to people watch and ride in the cart. Pre-cart age, I wore him or we took the stroller. He helps pick out fruit, snacks and bread.
I put DD in the cart for the first time about a month ago, so 10 months. She LOVES it. I am convinced she skips naps on the days it is just me and her because she wants to see what adventures mommy will take her on where she might get to sit in the cart. Before this, I used to take the stroller with DD sitting in her infant bucket. I still do this when I want to keep her contained.
But to answer your question, if DD and I go to the grocery store, it is to buy just a few things. If we need to buy a lot of stuff, the 3 of us usually go together as a family so I can manage the baby and he can manage the cart.
I plan to never let her know that walking beside the cart is option. Wishful thinking, right?
The three of us usually go together most Sundays (unless DH needs to do some work or something, then I go by myself while she's napping and DH is home). She enjoys it most of the time.
Only probably half the time. Sometimes we go on Saturday while H is working, and sometimes I'll go alone after H gets home. C does really well at stores so far, but it's definitely faster and easier without him.
SS on the other hand, wants us to buy every damn thing he sees, so he rarely comes.

Yep, weekly. I try to time it when my older one is at school but not always. They love Costco and happily sit in the cart. They push their own carts at trader Joe's
DD really loves to go grocery shopping. She usually gets a cookie sample and a free balloon, so I think that's a big part of it. It's usually something her and DH do on Saturday while I'm doing school work. Occasionally we will all go as family after church on Sunday if they don't go on Saturday. Over the summer since I'm home DD and I go during the week together. I have no clue how all of this will play out when #2 gets here this winter since I don't plan on having the newborn out and about in the freezing temps.
I usually take DD with me on my weekly Sunday shopping. If I bring her monkey, coloring book and a few crayons, she's usually good for an hour. That and I have to let her put everything in the shopping cart. She loves talking to everyone and that keeps her pretty busy. We are usually in and out in under an hour.
