So after two really awesome months, I totally lost it this week. Work was insane, and I let the stress get to me. So I skipped my weigh in this week, knowing it would just depress me. I'm back to MFP tomorrow, and I got a new Jillian Michaels DVD. I'm still down about 20 pounds though, so I'm trying to focus on that!

I've been doing pretty awful. I was shopping yesterday and ended up just leaving because I was unhappy with how I looked in the mirror/how things were fitting. I'm setting a goal to go junk food free the next two weeks as a sort of pre-holiday detox!
I have been doing pretty good exercise wise, I have been running 3-4x/week.
Food wise I haven't been doing great. I have been trying to add more veggies to meals and trying to watch portion sizes but it hasn't been working too well lately.

I went shopping today too I hate seeing all the cute stuff out there and knowing how crappy it's going to look me
DH and I talked about trying to eat healthy the next 2 weeks so TG doesnt hurt us too bad. Just take it a week at a time for now.
It's just so hard to get out of a rut. We have been in convenience food mode and eating out a lot. Plus with the time change its dark out when I get home, so I won't go walk.
Not doing all that well with food or exercise. But grad school semester ends today, so hoping to get back on track.
I have to go to two full Thanksgiving meals. But, due to my braces being tightened drastically on the 26th, I won't actually be able to eat the second Thanksgiving meal. Hopefully I can convince myself to make healthier soups to get through that weekend with a sore mouth instead of falling back to my old habits of milkshakes and ice cream.

I have not been doing well. I have been walking a lot more just by being in the city but my eating hasn't been very good. I am using the chaos as an excuse
On the positive side, we're on the 4th floor with no elevator so I'm going to get lots of stairs in!
