Awesome!
Friday night we stayed in.
Saturday we slept in and did a load of laundry before heading to my sister's. She hurt her knee so we brought her some magazines to keep her occupied since she's not supposed to walk on it.
Then I took a nap in preparation for a bachelorette party. It was awesome.
Today I nursed my hangover and made lasagna. It was delicious.

Friday we bought soup making supplies.
Saturday BF let me sleep in while he made the soup himself and it turned out really amazingly delicious.. so we ate soup, went to the casino briefly, had burgers at a great burger place, hit up the club to chat with the ladies.
Sunday we ate more soup, hee hee. Picked up some of the pumpkin decor around the house, cleaned the house, straightened the garage.

It was good! I was supposed to work Friday night, but ended up not having to. I missed the $, but was glad for the time. DH and I watched GOT and went to bed early. On Saturday I met some friends in Poughkeepsie. Sunday, I went to a benefit for a co-worker's brother and then watched football. I have tomorrow off so today is like a Friday!

It was okay, mostly good.
I worked pretty late friday night, and most all day Saturday.
Yesterday I started on some crafts, went out and ran errands. I got some stocking stuffers for the dog and some wrapping paper and such so I can start taking care of the presents I've already gotten. Made breakfast, and then we ordered pizza for lunch.
I kind of had a meltdown. This time of year is hard on me, mostly because I put so much pressure on myself and have so much anxiety from prior years. It was alright in the end, but I'm feeling quite exhausted today. Very glad to have tomorrow off!

lexxasaurus I'm sorry you are had a rough day and glad you can relax a bit today.
My weekend was good. Friday we stayed in and watched a movie, Jay made pizza and we had a 2-person party.
Saturday we did some shopping then went to Providence for dinner. After dinner I took Jay to the cigar bar in the casino for after dinner drinks. We had a good time. Went home and he got some stellar birthday sex if I do say so myself.
Sunday I made a big birthday breakfast and we went to my younger sister's new apartment where her BF cooked us all dinner.
I was so tired that I fell asleep on the couch at about 8:30 and slept through the night (minus the time it took me to go from the couch to the bed.)
Friday night we went to a food and wine tasting event at G's professional club. Got to hang out with some of his coworkers and their wives who are a fun bunch. We ended up going back to one of the coworker's houses downtown afterward so it was a late night.
Saturday we went TV shopping-- we got a curved one and it is awesome! I kind of wish it were going to be our main TV instead of for the basement (but it's too big to fit upstairs). Then we got dressed up and drove down to meet our college friends in DC for cocktails and then we all went to an alumni event at the National Portrait Gallery. It was so beautiful and I really enjoyed the presentations from the faculty and president. There was an afterparty at a bar across the street so we hung out there until closing. Got a flat tire on the way home, so we didn't get to bed until 4.
Sunday we met friends to tailgate and then went to the Ravens game. Amazing weather and we won, so it was a great day. The ILs stopped by for dinner, then I passed out on the couch.

Is this the next big thing? I haven't even heard of them.
Yep! I was surprised at the difference. I wouldn't have considered one but once I saw a curved next to a flatscreen we both loved it. They've pretty much stopped making 3D TVs because you get a similar effect from a curved screen without the glasses.

Friday - had dinner with H and his BFF. They jammed while I piddled around on my computer, then we all just chilled.
Saturday - Hung out with my sister and the baby. Pizza and wings with H. He helped a girl put her spare tire on. Then we had a movie night with ice cream!
Sunday - Had a productive morning. Finally convinced H to postpone building a new house, but we decided to go ahead and buy another bed for guests. Work, grocery shopping, dinner and chores.
It was pretty good! Friday we taught our class and then just chilled out at home. On Saturday we got some errands done and then had our bff couple over to celebrate a birthday. My bff actually didn't shove her baby down my throat for once. It was nice!
Sunday we went to the bar around the block for football. Damn Bills!

The H ended up being off on Friday with me, so after I did my morning appointments (dentist checkup/cleaning & a massage) we had lunch together and went to purchase a new bed. I can't wait to get it in a couple of weeks, we had been discussing which kind to buy for over a year now!
Friday night a friend had me over for wine & snacks, she had the most delicious brie cheese that I'm going to have to go find sometime. She has a new puppy so I really enjoyed catching up with her and meeting this teeny tiny puppy that was just too cute.
Saturday we mostly watched football, took the dogs for a walk, and the H even cooked dinner that night. I love those kind of Saturdays!
Yesterday we did run to the store to pick up some things for the week, watched more football, grilled some burgers and just relaxed. I did re-pot a plant with some miracle grow and I'm hoping it will revive, that poor plant isn't looking so good.
Friday I met my friend downtown for beers and apps. Then we came back to our neighborhood for another drink at our favorite pub.
Saturday I drove up to CT, and the weather/foliage was beautiful. My sister and I went to DSW and got new boots (I loooove mine, and they're brown not black! lol). Then we went to a vineyard that is only 20 min from my parents house, did a tasting, bought some wine and had a glass outside while we were there. Then we went out to dinner with my parents to my favorite place (so.much.seafood) for an early bday dinner since I'll be away.
Sunday I left my car at my aunt's house and took the train back because stbx will be away this week and I don't feel like moving it for street cleaning (aaaand, there might be an issue with the registration that I have to figure out. Ugh). I bought some cheese and bread at the market in Grand Central and had that, roasted garlic, and leftover wine for dinner - yum!
