And I'm struggling to figure out what she should make.

Here's my list so far:

Princess outfit: dress/ skirt + top combo, cape, crown, princess shoes
Dr's outfit: dr's coat with her name embroidered on it, stethescope, etc.
Chef's outfit: apron, chef's hat, pot holders

... what else?

I did this as my contribution to DSs coop preschool.

I did scrubs, lab coat (could be scientist or doc or vet), fire fighter, police, business jacket, construction vest/tool belt, coveralls. The teacher asked me to skip princess as it was meant to be career corner. LOL, the girls' favorite was to repurpose the chef's apron and play waitress.
