Why are most blazers for women so roomy in the boob area? Especially in plus size? I have a stretchy blazer that I love but I feel like it looks weird because I don't have the boobs to fill it out. (one of those where they must think plus size automatically means giant boobs)
The other option is, do I go with flat blazers? I tried some on, but they look too flat and offer nothing. Like something my grandma would wear.
I want stylish and clean lines, well as much as I can get, without feeling like I'm drowning up top or too flat. Where do you get yours from? Bonus points for links and pictures!

"I was thinking about getting off on demand, but it sounds like I should be glad that I didn't"
See, I have to size up to get the arms/shoulders to fit but it feels like all plus size blazers are pre-chest formed. I guess I will just look into alterations if chest issues seem to be a problem for most - whether too big or too small.
Yeah, I always have to size up and get blazers tailored because of the boobs area being too small. It sucks but needing a tailor's services to help things fit correctly is a common problem.
And now I want to call you TrickyBoob instead of TrickyBob. heh
My mom is an 18 and not super busty. She often gets jackets with a more military or biker kind of cut, but still wears them with scarves or whatever other professional wear. She has bad luck with Lane Bryant, but has more success with dress barn.

That would make a lot of sense--I've found motorcycle style jackets smaller in the bust too.
