Does your family use them? Where is yours from? Is it the same you had as a kid? Links if you've got 'em!
My H loved his stocking growing up. He said it was one of the embroidered ones with a little boy under a tree. His mom WILL NOT part with it even though he has said how much it would mean to him to have. Part of me thinks she lost it in a move or something, because I've never seen it (and have been there for at least 3 Christmases). Anyhow, I'd like to get some.
I have 3 needlepoint stockings from Lands' End, with our names embroidered on them. I bought them 3 years ago right before Christmas on a super sale (got 3 for 18, full price is $30 each). They are big and really pretty. Here's a pic and a link: Lands' End stockings

We just have simple ones decorated with our names (my sister and I). We haven't actually used them in years though. We used to get little things like candy and small toys and stuff. Might have to get some for ourselves and baby next year
We had teddy bear stocking growing up. When I moved out on my own I bought a tweety bird stocking for me and a Sylvester one for my xbf. (Which i still have because you can't separate them right? Lol)
DHs family isn't really a stocking family decoration wise. MIL does stockings for us each year but she gets boxes and puts stuff in them because "it's too hard to find fun stocking stuff that will fit in a stocking".
We have two matching stockings. Just generic red/white with snowflakes.
I love doing stockings! It was always a big deal when we were kids so I try to keep the tradition going with me and H. I'm always on the hunt for the perfect stuffers.
MIL knitted us stockings with our names, I picked out the pattern I liked. We just use them decoratively at our place, but I love how home-y it makes the house feel. We do Christmas morning at the in-laws, and we have stockings there too. There are usually small gifts, candy, things like that in them.
I am thinking of ordering matching ones from Pottery Barn Kids this year. H and his family did stockings each year (mostly fruit and candy, plus a small gift in each). We did them when we were really little kids (all small gifts), but not after that. We will probably do stockings starting next year. I would be fine skipping it (especially because I have no idea where to hang them), but H is excited about it.
I love Christmas Stockings. Santa always used to fill them for us at Christmas. We would open them on Christmas Day. All of ours were special and unique. My H has a knit one someone made him but it's hard to fill so I'm trying to find him a new one! Suggestions would be welcome on a good place to purchase them. H and I fill each others stockings for Christmas and we exchange them before Christmas since we travel around the Holidays. When we have kids we will do the same thing that I did growing up! Definitely keeping stocking traditions alive!
My stocking growing up was made by a family member long before I can remember. H and I have some from Hobby Lobby and I ordered one for the peanut from PB.
My brother and I have ones my grandma made us. My mom still hangs them up every year but she stopped filling them within the last couple years.
DH and his brother have homemade ones his mom still hangs up. She bought ones for the rest of us. She fills them with movie tickets to the local theater, candy, and scratch off lottery tickets.
DH and I have never done stockings but I want to start this year. I love stockings!
My parents bought us coordinating ones, I think from LLBean. They're needlepoint similar to the Lands End one someone posted above. Our parents have our "original" stockings from when we were kids.
We'd pretty much stopped doing stockings but we'll be at my parents for Christmas morning this year and I want DS to have one. So we have to decide if just DS will get a full stocking or if we have to get everyone else on board to fill each others, too... which could be hard to do.
