Poor second child (I know Nanda just did this, but humor me)

DD2 will be 10 months at Christmas.  What does she need?  My older DD is exactly 2 years older and a girl as well (obvioulsy).  What does she need or want for Christmas?  I'm really struggling.

I'm struggling for DS as well. So far, I've come up with a few things, but it's pretty much all joint gifts with his sister. I figure maybe that will help encourage more playing together and less fighting about "MY" toys? Or maybe I'm justifying having no good ideas for just DS....

- Dress up stuff. DS loves dressing up with his sister, but everything is very girly (not that he or I care if he's running around in sparkly fairy wings), and there isn't really two of anything. I'm thinking a couple of doctor coats, a superhero cape to match DD's, maybe some different kinds of bug wings.

- Doll stuff. DS is way into the baby dolls. I think we will add some boyish clothes and another baby bottle set to our collection.

- Little People stuff. This is one toy that the two of them play together pretty nicely. I think they will both get a new set of people or accessories.

He will probably also get a few new books and clothes. And they always get new jammies and slippers. Beyond that, I'm stumped.

Give her her own version of whatever DD1's favorite thing is - a special doll or bear or whatever, so they each have their own and she'll be less likely to swipe big sister's favorite thing.

See we don't have a swiping issue yet. DD2 is not mobile at all so it hasn't been an issue. Honestly, they're rarely home these days so I don't even really know what DD1s favorite toy would be. It's all exciting when they are home. Well, she really likes beads, but obviously the baby can't have beads.

Amazon deal of the day has a bunch of learning resources toys, including foods and animals for 50% off. I think I'm going to get N some food

Eta: the food is plastic, but totally "chewable" and not the cheapo squishable kind

Their animals are huge favorites around here!

It is tough when they are so young and two years apart.
I think I just did a new bear, clothes and a few small toys. Then I contributed to his college fund lol.

I already got her a toy + jammies + a few shared things, but the rest of the fam wants ideas...I went with a ball popper thing, little people, a beach towel, and a ball rolling track toy.
