Tman is in serious need of some new bedroom furniture. He even put it on his Christmas list. I'd like to ask my dad to buy it for him as a Christmas gift. So, I'll need to find something online. Any suggestions on where to look? Nothing baby-ish and nothing too expensive or bulky. But, something fun - not like old wood or anything. I'd rather not do Ikea stuff, but will if someone has a good suggestion.
Target and JC Penney would be the first places I'd look beyond Target. Maybe Sears as well although I *hate* their website as its crap like Walmart and is a "marketplace" instead of just Sears stuff.

I think Mor has a website. But we didn't buy anything from them, though we did look there a few times.
I will caution that JC Penney requires you to pay their delivery fee ($75) and if something ends up not working out, you'll have to pay $150 to return it...we're stuck with a bench because H "had" to have it when we bought our dining room chairs and it isn't really what we wanted with the table. Even though we wanted to pick the chairs up they wouldn't let us because their warehouse is in CA, so they have to ship it no matter what.
ETA: We need new bedrooms sets and I've been looking at Costco.

Pottery Barn Kids is good, or even Pottery Barn Teen. CB2 or the land of nod are Crate and Barrel's younger brands. The younger brands are usually cheaper than the main store stuff.
I believe Ashley Furniture has a good website but you can't buy it online, but they have a store in tukwila and maybe tacoma?
Fife...not sure what it technically is but just south of the dreaded curve. It's right near the car dealership row you see from the freeway and I believe Bassett is right there as well.
Hi georgeharrison - I got an email from target this morning and thought of you. It's if you spend $500 on furniture you get a $100 target gift card. Some of our friends have found some great stuff there. Not sure if it's your or Tman's style.
