My daughter had surgery in June to correct Pigeon toes and knock knees. She had been followed by orthopedics since she was about four but they didn't do they surgery until right after she turned seven - 99% of kids will correct on their own so there's no rush for surgical repair. You have plenty of time for it to fix itself
My DD's gymnastics coaches have told us to be sure that our kids don't sit in the "w" position as it can cause them to be slightly pigeon toed, so not sure if it applies to you or will help, but they make them sit criss-cross all the time and encouraged us to do that at home.
I hadn't considered surgery! I was thinking types of shoes.
The link helps, I'll start paying attention to how she sits. She always hated tummy time but I never considered it important for walking. And I'll see if I can straighten them. Another thing I never thought of. Thanks!
