you get? I cracked my ancient iPhone a while back, but now, on top of the cracked screen, the touch screen is giving out.
Whatever I purchase will have to be purchased before an upgrade, because I won't get the upgrade until next August. And I'm not really interested in purchasing a $300+ iPhone (I already have a Macbook, iMac, and an iPad, LOL)
I'm thinking there will be some sales on Black Friday (weekend), so I might as well take advantage of it.

I got the Galaxy S5 at Sam's yesterday for 96 cents. I think best buy is having the same deal starting today. I love it-but I am not an Apple fan at all so there's that.
With all those other Apple products, I wouldn't get anything other than an iPhone. Being able to have your texts on all of your devices, and share links and files easily, is so handy. So I would get the iPhone 6. Or I would see if I could find a good price on another old iPhone to use until next August.

I don't really use these features now, so I'm not sure it would be a big loss.
also I have of my music on a spare iPhone if I didn't have that I know there's a way to get all of my music back onto my android. Iremember doing that before. Loss of apps was a non issue. I played quite a bit of games on my iPhone and because I signed in and made an account there all of my progress followed me from my iphone to my Galaxy
The only games I play that I would be sad about are on my iPad, so it sounds like your option might work well for me. The music might be an issue though.
I am looking as well and my focus is Galaxy Note. It is kind of big and bulky, but I think it would be ok. I have an older Samsung myself, so just upgrading to that would be good. If you are an Iphone person switching is really a personal thing as well. If you don't use a lot of the features no biggie. Go for the Note, then tell me how you like it. lol

I just got the Note4. Honestly, I love it and my old S4 seems so small to me now. It seemed big to begin with, but I adjusted easily.

Have you held the note before? It's quite a bit bigger than my s5, which was bigger than my iphone. It felt like I was using my ipad mini as a phone. Lol. I couldn't use it one handed at all.
Not knocking it thought I'd pipe in since I was also contemplating it.
Thanks so much for the heads up! I had never held one, I have seen the commercials for it and thought I would kind of like it. If it is that huge I may pass.
I just got the iPhone 5s, and I love it. I know it's an older model, so it might be what you already have. I think the size is perfect. I had the Galaxy s4 for a week, and the larger size was awkward to carry around in my hand.
