I'm so annoyed w/the photog we used.

She takes DAYS to respond to emails.

It's taken over a month to get proofs to the point where we could do digital downloads.

Finally got them downloaded, but none of them are more than 2MB files, and most are between 600-700KB

I did *not* spend $500 for this shit.

ETA - I have emailed her and asked why the file sizes are so small, but I'm sure I won't hear back from her before the week after this upcoming week. I was waiting to order our Christmas cards until I had the digital pics so I could order prints at the same time, but that's not going to happen now.
