Is it ok to chill the brine overnight in the fridge? It says it must be chilled before adding the turkey, but since I plan to put the turkey in the brine early Wednesday morning, I don't want to wake up extra early to prep the brine.

That way it is nice and cold for when it goes into the cooler with the bird and some ice.
