I got that, too! Except you have to spend $160. And I assume it's just for shipment, and they can't ship to my state
How do I find out if they ship? When I got to their website or asked me for my state. I put it in and it let me go on. Would something have popped up at that point if they couldn't ship?

I am not sure. I put in my state and picked a random thing and put it in my cart.. and it let me get to the part where I put in my CC. But I'm 99% certain you can't ship alcohol to Pennsylvania.

Ok I'll keep my expectations low. I'm in Ohio so fingers crossed.

A really quick search tells me:
"Beer and Wine can be shipped directly to Ohio residents for personal use from an Ohio or out-of-state winery or out of state beer manufacturer, brand owner or US importer that holds an S permit issued by the Division of Liquor Control. "

So maybe ?
Let me know if it works out! My brother lives in Ohio and I could send it to him as a gift

I've gotten that in the past, as well. You had to spend at least $160 to use it. And since you can apparently only ship up to 1 gallon of alcohol into my state (that's five 750 ml bottles), I'd have to average over $30/bottle to make the minimum. I have zero need for five bottles of wine that expensive, personally. On the rare occasion I buy the stuff, what I get is < $10. A wine snob I am not. :-)
You can ship wine to PA now - my dad is a member of wine.com and has it shipped all the time.
Since when! We've been on family trips out to Napa/Sonoma before and always had to ship everything to a friend's house in New York and then go get it. This is life changing.
I went to Italy in college and shipped a bunch of wine home. I lived in virginia at the time and it never arrived. My dad told me you can't ship wine to virginia. I always wondered who ended up drinking my wine. You are welcome wine drinker.

I live in VA. My quick Google search turned up a 1 gal. maximum unless you're moving into the state, in which case you can apply for an exception to ship in stuff you already own/want to bring with you as part of the move. Looking closer, that says "brought into" and not "shipped". There's also a section of the ABC code that says someone with the proper shipping license can ship up to two cases (so more than 1 gallon) of wine or beer per month to a consumer's home. That law is as of 7/1/03, and it's very possible that an Italian shipper wouldn't have the proper VA state specific license which could be why your wine never made it.
In other words, it's all too damn complicated for me to worry about. I tossed the voucher in the trash!
Is it for naked wines? We've used them a few times and we get some good stuff.
Yep! I will take recommendations!
Confession: I actually know nothing about wine. I get the same one for my sangria and that's it. I was going to try to get a mixed case and do some wine tasting.

We just get the mixed case, too. Some of the whites weren't amazing, but they worked on a hot pool day for white sangria. It is different each time, so I'm not sure if I rec anything, it'd still be there.
