Queen. We had a full the first 3 years we lived together.
We had a full for the longest time, until my parents came to visit and were appalled that we slept in a full size bed. They bought us a bed for christmas, LOL.

We have a queen and if we ever get a new bed, we're getting a king (as long as it fits). The problem with London housing is that the bedrooms tend to be small in at least one dimension (long room but short on the sides or just small overall).
King, because of the dog. Seriously, we bought the bed because of the dog LOL
lol same here. The queen was fine when she was a puppy but now she stretches out to her max and H and I are in the two edges of the bed, lol. I need space for my pillows!

I voted king, but not just king but a California king......and a waterbed! Yeah, SO is still stuck in the 1980s, but I do have to admit the thing is comfortable.
We need every square inch. Between the 25 lb dog and the 10 lb cat, the 2 of them probably take up 1/3 the bed. SO has RLS and it makes him kick while he's asleep. A king bed gets me out of his kicking range.
King, and we fill it up! We didn't used to, lol. It used to be comfortable but now it's not enough room. I want a California King. H is also really tall and just a big guy.
Full. I am NOT a fan. You can't get a queen sized boxspring up our staircase. We discovered this after we brought one home.
Angry tears were shed.
I don't know if this has already been mentioned but they make split box springs for the queen size. So much easier to get it up the stairs when it is two pieces instead of one. ;-)
