Totally normal. It's the thick white stuff, right? Our ped told us not to wipe it (unless we had to because poop got in there) because it actually protects her vagina.
Another weird newborn thing: breasts. Both my girls had little breast buds at first as my hormones worked their way out of their little systems.

We have that too, but I was talking about what looked like a stuck mucus ball coming out of her vagina.
