If you did that kind of thing. I'm due with twin boys soon and I'd like to get DD (age 4) something "from the boys" when they're born but I have no idea what.

I put together a 'big brother bag' with a couple books, a hot wheels car, some magnetic puzzles, and snacks. Mostly stuff that would keep him busy during his visit at the hospital.

DD was 4 when her brother was born. We bought her a small toy car that we gave to her when she visited us in the hospital. It wasn't "from her brother" it was just something to keep her entertained.
J was 21 months when the girls were born. So he was still really young. But the twins got him a few Elmo books and maybe some bubbles or something. I remember the Elmo books because he was obsessed with Elmo and loved them.

We gave a princess basket to our then three year old daughter. It had a handmade blanket, movie, snow globe, and doll. I bought at a charity auction.
This time our kids are getting an iPad mini to share and probably a small toy. We already own another iPad so this way I can at least use my iPhone when everyone is home!
