The post Thanksgiving edition of would you eat this?

Sweet potato casserole. Baked at 3pm yesterday. Served and put back in the oven (which was off) and left until it's discovery 5 minutes ago.

Contains: sweet potatoes, cream, eggs, peans, flour, brown sugar.

Me too. Like. Without being worried. But I usually only worry if there's been meat involved.  Since it's been baked, couldn't this be comparable to eating cooked brownies that have been standing out on the counter?
