Dd has a rash and I have no idea what it is.

Does this look like anything specific?  It's not a great photo, I know. 
She's got these tiny spots on one side of her lower-ish back and a little bit on her butt. She has one spot on her butt that looks more like a hive/bite.  Other than a runny nose and some congestion that she's had for a few days, she's behaving normally.  

She had some nasty poops yesterday, including a blowout and a poop while she was sleeping that we didn't notice for a few hours.  Could this just be diaper rash?  Up her back seems like not diaper rash, but H doesn't always get her completely clean.

It looks like contact dermatitis to me. Like and rubbed up against something that irritated her skin. Was she shirtless on the couch or a rug? Something like that. I'd cover it in lotion or Aquaphor.

If she had a fever the past few days I'd guess Roseola, but if not I'd guess irritated skin from something sitting on it like blowout poop.
