What's a good day-to-day stroller for things like the mall, flying/vacation, walking around a city, napping? H loves to see everything and is completely mobile.
We have the Gracco LiteRider, and besides being recalled she lifts her bum and can basically lean way over the side because it does not have shoulder straps.

We have the City Mini GT and love it. It has 3 wheels (only one in front) so great swivel in tight places. It's also really good on gravel/sidewalks. It folds up with one hand and takes up very little space.
Britax B-Agile...It's easy to open & close. It's very easy to maneuver and it's very sturdy. I like that the canopy goes all the way over DS and he can lie down when he's tired by lowering the back. It has a 5 point harness. The basket isn't great on the bottom, but I bought the travel organizer and a mommy hook so I don't use the basket anyways.
CityMini or B-Agile. They're almost identical (Britax actually got sued for patent infrigement). They have a few unique features, so I would recommend trying both and seeing which one you like better.
City mini. We used the micro (discontinued but very similar) at wdw and liked it a lot. Not as awesome at steering as my vista but much better for smaller spaces, folding, weight, etc.
IMO, it's the perfect compromise between an umbrella and a big stroller.
Another vote for City Mini. In full disclosure I will say I prefer my BOB over the CM, but since you want ONE stroller to do it all I wouldn't recommend the BOB because that's too big for air travel and such. My only regret with our City Mini is that I didn't get the GT. Go for the GT and get the air filled tires.
I love our city mini GT. We take it on pretty rocky woods hikes.
At a certain point you should probably get an umbrella stroller too (cheap, easy, light). But it's probably too early.
I was just saying today how I havent felt the need for an umbrella stroller, and DD1 is 3.
We bought an umbrella stroller to keep at the ILs (it's the Summer Infant 3D Lite), and I like the CityMini WAY better. The 3D Lite is good for what we use it for, but I'm glad it's not my everyday stroller. There's nothing particularly wrong with it, I think I just don't like umbrella strollers.
