Was this worth having when you were pregnant? I'm getting big enough that I'm kind of uncomfortable when trying to find a good sleeping position. I tend to want to roll onto my stomach a bit, but I'm too big for that now. Would a regular body pillow do the trick?
I used regular body pillows and it worked well. I essentially built a fort around myself. Regular pillow under my head and a body pillow on each side of me. That way the pillow was ready on the other side if I needed to roll over.
I bought a couple extra regular pillows and used them to the same effect. One behind my back to keep me from rolling, one between my knees, one supporting the belly, etc. I like sleeping in a nest. lol.

I just got one and am still kind of working it out. I was using it as pictured and it was fine but not life changing, but H had kind of a brilliant idea last night. I'm only 23 weeks so my biggest problem is just pressure on whichever hip I'm laying on since I'm usually a stomach sleeper and not used to that position. Last night he curled up one end to make kind of a donut for my hip to go in (and the other side was still outstretched to go between my legs). Time will tell if that eventually puts weird pressure on my back or creates belly issues, but at least this first night it helped a lot.
I didn't have one with my first pregnancy, mainly because we had nowhere to store it in our condo afterwards. I just used pillows/a body pillow.
I got one this time and it's made a world of difference. I can kinda half lay on my stomach on it, which takes all the weight off my hips, which was what bothered me last time. I'm not sure *why* it works better than a regular pillow or body pillow (like, what are the mechanics behind it?), but for me at least, it really does
I liked my snoogle a lot! I'm trying to figure out what the fuck to do with it now though. Thing is massive.
Me too! It was expensive, too. People don't buy used pillows, no matter how meticulously they were kept, so I don't feel right donating it. Maybe I could cut it open and make little throw pillows...?

Do you think you could ship it for a reasonable amount? I would consider buying it from you if the shipping wasn't outrageous.
By the time I got so uncomfortable that I wanted one, I didn't feel like I had long enough left in my pregnancy to justify the cost.
I bought a cheapo body pillow from target and coupled it with some of the extra regular pillows from our bed. By the end, I think I used a pillow for my head, the body pillow, and 1-2 other pillows each night.
Now I"m wondering WTF to do with the $10 body pillow I bought! I don't really even know where it is...

Yes, I will totally ship it to you. I can't imagine it would cost much. It has a pillowcase that I washed often, and I had another decorative case over it. Dual layers over the actual pillow protected it pretty well, I'm sure.

Another Target body pillow user. It didn't work great, but it was $10. At some point you just have to resign yourself to the fact that you will be uncomfortable. It's going to happen, and no pillow is going to save you.

I bought one around week 15 and sleep so Much better with it than without. I'm a stomach sleeper and need some kind of pressure along my front most of the night. I like that it goes between my legs and helps my hips too. It's kind of a pain in the ass since its big but I'm much more comfortable this way.
I have a different brand preggo pillow but it's been worth every single penny. I stayed at my parents' house one night without it last week and I will never make that mistake again.
I loved it for both pregnancies but around week 30-35 it didn't matter what I did. I actually found it helped the most really early when my body felt like it was constantly expanding.
Yes, well worth it. I loved mine while I was pregnant. I slept with it every night from about 20 weeks until the end.
This, at first I thought it was too expensive for what it was, then after it helped me sleep so much better, I would have paid three times as much for it. For me it was so much better than a body pillow, it provided back and under belly support at the same time.
I have one and I kind of hate it, but still use it. I can't just use the snoogle because it gives me a stiff neck to sleep with my head on it. Also I tried turning over when resting my head on it and it hooked around my neck, lol. So I still have to use my memory foam pillow for my head and just use the snoogle for between my knees/ankles and hug it with my arms. Or, facing the opposite way I still put it between my knees/ankles and shove the top hook part behind my back to help me stay on my side and not end up on my back.
I've had no issues with hip or back pain yet this pregnancy, so I don't know if this is helping or if I'm just lucky. I use it, but I'm thinking a regular body pillow would have worked fine, too.
Honestly? I hated mine. I felt like it trapped me into sleeping in the same position all night. Either that or I had to get up and re-arrange the thing in the middle of the night.
I bought the TRU pregnancy pillow. It's a small pillow and a wedge. I sleep with the wedge tucked under my belly because her weight pulls me forward and makes my hip hurt. I haven't even used the other part yet. I can honestly say that I sleep much better with the pillow.
Absolutely, mine was ruined after my last pregnancy and I will be purchasing one again when #4 is on the way. It was worth every single penny and then some.
